NERO Gets Its Day in Court Written by Hank    Friday, 17 March 2006 00:19 The opening volley of the NERO v. NERO case has been delivered, with a summons delivered by the counsel for the plaintiff (NERO Alliance.) I have been fortunate to be delivered a copy of the summons by a reliable source. This summons leaves NERO International 20 days from March 13th to respond and challenge the allegations of NERO Alliance. If NERO International makes a motion to dismiss it will lead to a pretrial hearing. If a motion to dismiss is not made or no response is delivered the court clerks will set a date to go ahead with the suit. This is just the warm up act folks, but it is an important step in this case. We will bring you updates as we receive them.
